Chanel Assistant Facility Manager (Apprenticeship)

- Support the Facility Manager in daily operations of Parfums Beauté buildings in Paris, ensuring continuity of site services (security, cleaning, reception, waste management).
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors, from selection and contracting to scheduling and quality control of works and maintenance.
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and monitor service-level agreements.
- Contribute to small capital projects and fit-outs: prepare briefs, track timelines, assist with on-site coordination and handover documentation.
- Maintain documentation: site manuals, maintenance logs, permits, safety dossiers and incident reports; ensure regulatory compliance and support audits.
- Support budget monitoring and procurement processes: prepare purchase orders, follow up invoices and track operational expenditures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Security, Real Estate, Production) to coordinate moves, office layouts and workplace services.
- Produce regular operational reports and performance dashboards; identify improvement opportunities to enhance site efficiency.
- Enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme in Facility Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and eligible for alternance starting October 2026.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and concurrent small projects.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; capacity to liaise with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Analytical aptitude for basic budget tracking and operational reporting.
- Autonomy, attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in facilities, property management or operations is advantageous.

Suitable candidates will typically have 0–2 years of practical experience including internships or part-time roles in facilities, property operations or technical services; experience working with external contractors or on small-fit out projects is preferred.
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Building Services or related field (alternance/apprenticeship track).
