1. Assist the CRM Project Manager in implementing the Beauty communication strategy across all markets.
2. Manage global CRM communication projects both online and offline, including mailings, emailings, SMS, and other formats.
3. Prepare presentation materials for CRM tools and usage recommendations for markets.
4. Receive and share CRM tools, verify creative materials, receive translations, and track URLs.
5. Coordinate HTML email integration with an agency.
6. Oversee CRM print tool production, including validation of quantities, versions, and final PDFs.
7. Consolidate campaign KPIs into reports.
8. Coordinate daily with local CRM contacts across Europe, Asia, US, UK, etc., addressing local requests and understanding market-specific communication challenges.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Artistic Direction, International Marketing, E-business, Media, and Social Media.
10. Conduct CRM monitoring and analysis.

1. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in CRM is appreciated.
