- Guide and develop a team to achieve results and nurture individual talents.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to foster a diverse and ethical work environment.
- Address and manage employee relations in line with Chanel policies.
- Facilitate team communication to ensure shared knowledge and accountability.
- Support business development by building Chanel’s client portfolio and tracking KPIs.
- Manage staff rotas and operational zoning in the absence of the Business Manager.
- Communicate retail and stock needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Network to enhance brand presence in the local market.
- Lead by example in creating personalized client experiences.
- Resolve client service complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming counter environment.
- Support counter operations, including stock management and compliance with procedures.
- Ensure team training on till and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain clarity in Health & Safety and Fire Safety training and procedures.
