1. Provide value-added financial analysis, modeling, and insights to influence management decisions at regional, divisional, and local levels.
2. Utilize advanced analytics for scenario planning and predictive analysis to guide business decisions.
3. Develop financial models and prepare key financial presentations.
4. Engage regularly with business partners and budget owners to conduct monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
5. Forecast sales and expenses, advising on operating expense efficiency.
6. Manage financial planning processes to meet deadlines and design effective reporting templates for budget management.
7. Oversee inventory management and minimize stock obsolescence.

1. University degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, Accounting, Management Systems, Economics, or Quantitative Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, business planning, or as a finance business partner.

1. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
2. Experience in the luxury, beauty, FMCG, or retail sectors.
3. Ability to understand business drivers and market trends to provide commercially relevant financial advice.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Curious and proactive mindset with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
6. Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
7. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial finance, business planning, or as a finance business partner is required.

University degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, Accounting, Management Systems, Economics, or Quantitative Finance.
