Chanel Assistant Boutique Manager

- Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight of the boutique in the Director's absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior client service and floor coverage.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge, service, and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities in support of the Boutique Director.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and operational efficiencies.
- Lead operational responsibilities, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Maintain organized and controlled stock storage systems.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and educate the team as needed.
- Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
- Assist in event planning and execution with the Boutique Director.
- Create a culture of service, providing unique and memorable client experiences.
- Promote an omni-channel mindset to enhance client experiences across platforms.
- Co-own brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.
- Attend seasonal seminars and corporate meetings for continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment or operational role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Foreign language skills preferred.
- Passion for Chanel's history, products, and initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire for professional growth.
3+ years of leadership sales experience in a luxury retail environment or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $38 hourly. Additional compensation includes bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
