1. Assist the Boutique Management team in the efficient day-to-day management of the boutique.
2. Lead by example to ensure optimal standards in customer service, product care, and staff presentation.
3. Oversee and support the team in upholding the standards detailed within the Chanel Charter.
4. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the team applies appropriate skills.
5. Develop business-driving strategies to grow the boutique's client base.
6. Coach selling staff on outreach strategies, client mapping, and top client hosting.
7. Responsible for the development and performance of Fashion Advisors in client experience and teamwork.
8. Liaise with management to create daily briefs and conduct morning meetings.
9. Encourage and support the selling staff in achieving commercial objectives and goals.
10. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and support inventory control.
11. Monitor visual standards and ensure product quality and security.
12. Assist with time and absence management and ensure adherence to dress code and grooming guidelines.

A proven track record in fashion retail with strong selling skills and experience in a leadership role.

Competitive salary: Base salary range from $105,000-$110,000 CAD.
