Chanel Assistant Boutique Manager, Fragrance and Beauty

- Support the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, assuming oversight in their absence.
- Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior service to every client.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills.
- Manage time and delegate effectively to support boutique operations.
- Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and re-stocking needs.
- Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
- Lead the MMS system operations, including inventory management and communication with the Boutique Director.
- Maintain an organized stock storage system.
- Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
- Assist in event planning and execution.
- Enhance client experience by providing a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
- Promote a culture of relationship-building and personalized client experiences.
- Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are met.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
- Ability to coach and lead effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 through $35.50 hourly. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and perks are offered.
