1. Support the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, assuming oversight in their absence.
2. Lead the team on the sales floor, ensuring superior service to every client.
3. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
4. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills.
5. Manage time and delegate effectively to support boutique operations.
6. Oversee sales floor operations, including stock management and re-stocking needs.
7. Execute operational responsibilities to ensure efficiency.
8. Lead the MMS system operations, including inventory management and communication with the Boutique Director.
9. Maintain an organized stock storage system.
10. Uphold and educate the team on Standard Operating Procedures.
11. Establish relationships with corporate partners for operational support.
12. Assist in event planning and execution.
13. Enhance client experience by providing a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
14. Promote a culture of relationship-building and personalized client experiences.
15. Ensure brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements are met.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
2. 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment preferred.

5. Ability to coach and lead effectively.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 through $35.50 hourly. Additional variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and perks are offered.
