- Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
- Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
- Lead the sales floor team, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
- Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
- Manage time and delegate tasks effectively, focusing on both sales floor and back-of-house operations.
- Ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory, stock storage, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate partners for operational support and participate in annual inventory reporting.
- Assist in event planning and execution, enhancing client engagement and brand presence.
- Promote a culture of personalized client experiences and uphold brand image and visual merchandising standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with operational expertise.
- Ability to coach, lead, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail setting, with a focus on sales and operations.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $38 hourly, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
