1. Assist the Boutique Director in developing and leading the team, ensuring operational excellence and superior client service.
2. Oversee boutique operations in the absence of the Boutique Director, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
3. Lead the sales floor team, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
4. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
5. Coach and support the team in product knowledge and artistry skills to enhance client experience.
6. Manage time and delegate tasks effectively, focusing on both sales floor and back-of-house operations.
7. Ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory, stock storage, and standard operating procedures.
8. Collaborate with corporate partners for operational support and participate in annual inventory reporting.
9. Assist in event planning and execution, enhancing client engagement and brand presence.
10. Promote a culture of personalized client experiences and uphold brand image and visual merchandising standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
2. 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Detail-oriented with operational expertise.
5. Ability to coach, lead, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
6. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in a leadership role within a luxury retail setting, with a focus on sales and operations.

The anticipated base range for this position is $33.70 to $38 hourly, with additional variable pay components including bonus potential.
