1. Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative content development for Arts and Culture programs.
2. Assist in the creation of presentations for digital assets and production timelines.
3. Manage various project phases from briefing to online deployment, including content production, image, or event management.
4. Define and scope project parameters based on received briefs.
5. Develop schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
6. Prepare and oversee production with creative teams.
7. Monitor the localization and availability of assets for internal teams.
8. Ensure the quality control of produced assets.
9. Manage international project deployment, including contract and billing administration.
10. Maintain project alignment with key stakeholders.

1. Higher education degree in business, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in digital knowledge and tools.
3. Fluency in English.

4. Excellent writing skills.
