1. Assist in the coordination and execution of technical activities related to architecture projects.
2. Support architectural designers in the development and review of drafts and materials.
3. Aid in archiving and maintaining project documentation.
4. Facilitate communication with vendors and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Conduct research on sustainable design trends, construction methodologies, and emerging technologies.

1. Native proficiency in Japanese and advanced proficiency in English.
2. Possession of a valid working visa for non-Japanese nationals.
3. Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

1. Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Competency in AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
4. Experience with Revit/BIM.
5. Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

Prior experience with Revit/BIM is required.

Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline.
