1. Oversee the maintenance of all physical spaces, including boutiques and offices, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of design and finish.
2. Identify and implement innovative solutions for finishes and maintenance.
3. Monitor daily maintenance activities across boutiques and offices.
4. Manage CAPEX/OPEX related to maintenance.
5. Coordinate payments, maintenance schedules, and service orders.
6. Support new operation openings in collaboration with the Architecture team.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and order management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or final year of study in the field.
2. Experience in maintenance management is advantageous.

1. Attention to detail with a focus on quality finishes.
2. Ability to manage multiple external teams simultaneously.
3. Strong time management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Proficient negotiation skills and budget management.
5. Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SketchUp.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Experience in maintenance management and working within the luxury market is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or currently pursuing the final year.
