1. Investigate, monitor, and qualify online offers related to counterfeiting.
2. Serve as the primary contact for incoming anti-counterfeiting emails and queries.
3. Optimize image and keyword search capabilities to enhance anti-counterfeiting efforts.
4. Manage and escalate incoming queries to ensure efficient resource distribution.
5. Analyze and optimize data related to anti-counterfeiting activities.
6. Monitor key and emerging e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

1. Legal background with extensive experience in Intellectual Property (Master's degree preferred).
2. Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
3. Proficient writing skills.

Currently enrolled in or eligible for a post-graduate internship program.
