1. Produce high-quality altered merchandise within established time frame standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Collaborate effectively with boutique associates and management.
4. Fit garments on clients and perform alterations such as hemming, mending, and adjusting seams.
5. Maintain and organize client-owned pieces in accordance with Chanel standards.
6. Stay updated on Chanel-specific alteration techniques, including luxury garment fabrication and styling.
7. Ensure sewing machines and equipment are in proper working order.
8. Offer styling and fitting advice to clients.
9. Label garments and record required alterations.
10. Use irons and pressing machines to remove creases from garments.

1. Minimum 5 years of alterations experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
2. Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques.
3. Ability to work under time constraints.
4. Minimum High School Diploma.
5. Ability to lift 15 lbs.

1. Strong technical background in specialty skills such as leather, knits, double-face, beading, fine tailoring, and buttonholes.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
4. Service-minded with exceptional client service skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in alterations within a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Minimum High School Diploma

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.70 to $35.00 per hour, with potential for additional variable pay such as bonuses.
