1. Perform high-quality alterations in accordance with Chanel's standards, ensuring garment construction, proportions, and original design intent are respected.
2. Interpret alteration briefs accurately and execute work with precision, ensuring flawless finishing and presentation.
3. Repair or replace garment components while maintaining the integrity and elegance of the piece.
4. Deliver alterations within agreed lead times while maintaining the highest quality standards.
5. Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure workshop readiness.
6. Participate in boutique meetings and trainings, particularly those related to Ready-to-Wear.
7. Collaborate with Fashion Advisors and Boutique teams to explain alteration work and support retail operations.
8. Comply with all procedures, documentation, planning, and back-of-house operations.
9. Work closely with Fitting Specialists and collaborate with boutique and workshop stakeholders.
10. Support peers during peak periods and actively share knowledge and best practices.

1. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant tailoring and garment construction experience.
2. Prior experience within an international fashion house is a strong advantage.

4. Fashion sensitivity and pride in delivering the Perfect Fit.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in tailoring and garment construction, ideally within an international fashion house.
