1. Develop and execute a multi-year alteration strategy for Chanel's Ready-to-Wear business in China, including headcount planning, budget forecasting, and key performance indicators.
2. Enhance alteration services to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
3. Build and develop a skilled alteration team, providing training and support to ensure exceptional alteration work.
4. Optimize alteration processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead time while maintaining quality standards.
5. Collaborate with the Learning and Ready-to-Wear teams to develop local alteration training curriculum and implement comprehensive training programs.
6. Introduce new alteration techniques and technologies in line with global guidelines to enhance service quality and innovation.
7. Oversee the management of alteration hubs and Les Ateliers to ensure a premium client experience.
8. Act as part of the global community of tailor ambassadors, relaying messages locally regarding alterations for each collection.
