1. Provide expert after-sales support and advice to Fashion Advisors and clients in the boutique.
2. Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to manage and resolve complex after-sales cases, ensuring timely updates to clients.
3. Enhance after-sales processes and elevate boutique know-how through coaching and training Fashion Advisors.
4. Coordinate with the Repair Centre for service status updates and CASS follow-ups.
5. Promote a positive after-sales culture within the boutique and partner with Boutique Management to enhance client experiences.
6. Support CASS user training and share insights on Quality/After Sales topics during briefings.
7. Maintain accurate records in CASS and repair forms, ensuring client needs are communicated effectively to the Repair Centre.
8. Gather and report client feedback on product quality to management, sharing alerts with the retail team as necessary.
9. Manage repair and care inventory, conducting weekly stock-takes and coordinating client item collections.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in after-sales or product quality control, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in computer applications including Emails, Excel, and MS Office.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
3. Strong team orientation with a client-focused and service-minded approach.
4. Ability to work boutique hours, including weekends and public holidays.

At least 3 years of experience in after-sales or product quality control, ideally within the luxury industry.
