- Provide expert after-sales support and advice to Fashion Advisors and clients in the boutique.
- Collaborate with Fashion Advisors to manage and resolve complex after-sales cases, ensuring timely updates to clients.
- Enhance after-sales processes and elevate boutique know-how through coaching and training Fashion Advisors.
- Coordinate with the Repair Centre for service status updates and CASS follow-ups.
- Promote a positive after-sales culture within the boutique and partner with Boutique Management to enhance client experiences.
- Support CASS user training and share insights on Quality/After Sales topics during briefings.
- Maintain accurate records in CASS and repair forms, ensuring client needs are communicated effectively to the Repair Centre.
- Gather and report client feedback on product quality to management, sharing alerts with the retail team as necessary.
- Manage repair and care inventory, conducting weekly stock-takes and coordinating client item collections.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in after-sales or product quality control, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Emails, Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong team orientation with a client-focused and service-minded approach.
- Ability to work boutique hours, including weekends and public holidays.
At least 3 years of experience in after-sales or product quality control, ideally within the luxury industry.
