- Assist the After-Sales Services Manager in developing and implementing new after-sales services for the Fashion division.
- Support the continuous evolution of services for leather goods, footwear, and ready-to-wear products.
- Organize meetings, prepare documentation, and draft minutes.
- Define deliverables and monitor project progress, maintaining GANTT charts.
- Coordinate information flow between headquarters, markets, and external partners.
- Update the Fashion catalogue with new services and their eligibility.
- Support Repair Centers, GASD, and AVH in managing the BU_SF activity, ensuring performance standards are met.
- Contribute to the 'Hyper Care & Post Implementation Review' program to maintain service excellence across Repair Centers.
- Collect and analyze global repair requests, propose action plans, and monitor progress.
- Conduct competitive analysis on after-sales services.
- Experience gained from initial roles in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Agility and adaptability.
Previous experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating organizational and interpersonal skills.
