Chanel After Sales Coordinator

- Assist clients with repair drop-off, perform initial assessments, and manage expectations regarding repair details and timelines.
- Enter detailed information into CASS and generate claims for repairs.
- Confirm completion of repair requests and process transactions upon client pick-up.
- Manage Open Claims Reports for Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ).
- Collaborate with the inventory team on quality alerts and perform quality checks on returned repairs.
- Maintain communication with workshops and clients throughout the repair lifecycle.
- Process all incoming and outgoing stock repairs in CASS and MMS.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving with clients and workshops.
- Handle client escalations in partnership with boutique team members.
- Facilitate boutique stock repair and damage processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury client services
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills for client escalations
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Foreign language skills preferred
A minimum of 2 years in fashion or luxury client services is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.70 to $28.00 per hour, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
