- Serve as a strategic business partner by developing advanced custom analytics to translate business needs into impactful data insights and solutions.
- Collaborate with division domains to address business questions with actionable analytical insights.
- Lead and execute analytics projects, providing ongoing support and designing interactive custom dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
- Develop semantic models for advanced KPI tracking, ensuring analytics reflect luxury retail metrics and business logic.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and performance drivers across domains, markets, or divisions.
- Translate data into actionable insights through quantitative analysis and qualitative storytelling to support business planning.
- Validate insights through human feedback and stakeholder input, leveraging advanced models to support business operations.
- Collaborate with Market teams to embed analytics into strategic and operational processes.
- Design and execute A/B tests and apply causal inference techniques to identify true performance drivers.
- Quantify impact and prioritize initiatives by estimating ROI and guiding resource allocation.
- Support leadership with recommendations for enhancing client experience, loyalty, and conversion across channels.
- Track adoption and business impact of analytics solutions, contributing to KPI dictionaries and analytics standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Experience with luxury retail KPIs, customer journey analysis, and omni-channel performance metrics.
- Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python & PySpark for data processing tasks.
- Ability to navigate Databricks for managing workflows and collaboration.
- Skilled in data visualization and storytelling to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and causal inference techniques.
5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
