1. Serve as a strategic business partner by developing advanced custom analytics to translate business needs into impactful data insights and solutions.
2. Collaborate with division domains to address business questions with actionable analytical insights.
3. Lead and execute analytics projects, providing ongoing support and designing interactive custom dashboards for real-time KPI tracking.
4. Develop semantic models for advanced KPI tracking, ensuring analytics reflect luxury retail metrics and business logic.
5. Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and performance drivers across domains, markets, or divisions.
6. Translate data into actionable insights through quantitative analysis and qualitative storytelling to support business planning.
7. Validate insights through human feedback and stakeholder input, leveraging advanced models to support business operations.
8. Collaborate with Market teams to embed analytics into strategic and operational processes.
9. Design and execute A/B tests and apply causal inference techniques to identify true performance drivers.
10. Quantify impact and prioritize initiatives by estimating ROI and guiding resource allocation.
11. Support leadership with recommendations for enhancing client experience, loyalty, and conversion across channels.
12. Track adoption and business impact of analytics solutions, contributing to KPI dictionaries and analytics standards.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

1. Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
2. Experience with luxury retail KPIs, customer journey analysis, and omni-channel performance metrics.
3. Proficiency in dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
4. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
5. Working knowledge of Python & PySpark for data processing tasks.
6. Ability to navigate Databricks for managing workflows and collaboration.
7. Skilled in data visualization and storytelling to support decision-making.
8. Familiarity with A/B testing and causal inference techniques.

5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
