- Provide comprehensive administrative support within Les Ateliers.
- Facilitate seamless operations for tailors both on-site and in the office.
- Manage repair requests, track order details, and oversee progress.
- Prepare and file documents, input data, and maintain records.
- Oversee inventory management, including the intake and dispatch of materials and supplies.
- Support order placements and manage work schedules.
- Coordinate communication with other boutiques and departments.
- Identify and promptly address requests from tailors.
- Perform general office and support tasks related to the operations of Les Ateliers.
- Bachelor's degree or final year student.
- No prior experience required; open to fresh graduates.
- Meticulous and responsible work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- (Preferred) Proficiency in written English for order placements and global team communication.
