1. Ensure bi-weekly processing and payment of supplier invoices in both Euros and foreign currencies.
2. Monitor and resolve bank rejections in collaboration with the Cash Management team.
3. Manage supplier follow-ups and respond to internal Chanel service requests.
4. Handle manual transfer requests for urgent operational needs.
5. Oversee monthly payment cycles for inter-company invoices.
6. Maintain and manage supplier accounts, including analysis and reconciliation.
7. Monitor VAT contingents across all legal entities within the management scope.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements, including variance analysis and debt management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digitalized accounts payable department or treasury accounting.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
