Chanel Accounts Payable Accountant

- Record supplier invoices in BASWARE, ensuring accurate accounting without purchase orders in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Ensure correct accounting of invoices with stored and non-stored purchase orders, reconciling invoices with orders in BASWARE.
- Validate invoices in BASWARE and follow up with internal Chanel departments for purchase order receipts.
- Address issues related to fees, VAT, and Agessa Maison des Artistes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management (Bac+2)
- Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI
- Strong command of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of Basware and Coupa is ideal
- Fluent in written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and relational skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Minimum of 2 years in a digitalized accounts payable department.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management (Bac+2)
