1. Record supplier invoices in BASWARE, ensuring accurate accounting without purchase orders in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
2. Ensure correct accounting of invoices with stored and non-stored purchase orders, reconciling invoices with orders in BASWARE.
3. Validate invoices in BASWARE and follow up with internal Chanel departments for purchase order receipts.
4. Address issues related to fees, VAT, and Agessa Maison des Artistes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management (Bac+2)

1. Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI
2. Strong command of office tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
3. Knowledge of Basware and Coupa is ideal
4. Fluent in written English
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Strong organizational and relational skills
7. Team-oriented mindset

Minimum of 2 years in a digitalized accounts payable department.
