1. Record supplier invoices in BASWARE, ensuring accurate accounting without purchase orders in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
2. Ensure correct accounting of invoices with purchase orders, both stocked and non-stocked purchases, by reconciling invoices with orders in BASWARE.
3. Validate invoices in BASWARE and liaise with internal Chanel departments to complete purchase order receipts.
4. Address issues related to fees, VAT, and artist royalties.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digitalized accounts payable department.

1. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes.
2. Proficiency in SAP MM and SAP FI.
3. Advanced skills in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Familiarity with BASWARE and Coupa is ideal.
5. Fluent in English, particularly in written communication.

A minimum of 5 years in a digitalized accounts payable department, with strong expertise in accounts payable processes and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management.
