1. Ensure the integrity and completeness of accounting and financial information.
2. Prepare reliable and timely financial information.
3. Reconcile accounting transactions between two systems.
4. Contribute to month-end closing activities.
5. Perform general administrative accounting tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
6. Process supplier and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments/collections.
7. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports.
8. Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and financial documents.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an asset.
3. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with AX Dynamics 2012, D365, and/or COUPA is an asset.
3. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
