1. Process vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.
2. Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding payments and invoice inquiries.
3. Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
4. Prepare and execute supplier payment runs.
5. Post bank statements and reconcile accounts.
6. Accurately record regular and ad-hoc journal entries.
7. Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
8. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles.
