Chanel Account Planning Specialist

- Manage and execute phase-ins, phase-outs, and returns of goods for discontinued and post-holiday items, ensuring compliance both internally and externally.
- Support the execution of retail sales and net shipment plans, incorporating retailer projections and internal goals.
- Collaborate with internal partners and retailer merchant teams on business reviews, open-to-buy management, and plan revisions to influence buying strategies.
- Assist in reviewing and re-projecting merchandise, inventory, and financial plans according to corporate cadence.
- Recognize retail trends and adjust forecasts accordingly, reviewing replenishment to maximize product performance and minimize liabilities.
- Partner with Senior Manager and internal teams to understand retail potential of planned promotional activities and ensure inventory alignment.
- Drive financial discipline and inventory efficiency, supporting the execution of merchandise strategy with buyers and planners.
- Provide analysis and distribution of key retailer KPIs, such as BOM and WOS, in relation to forecasts.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning teams on OMNI inventory needs and with Campaign planners to influence allocation based on market dynamics.
- Support internal deep dives related to business performance improvement initiatives, evaluating current processes and recommending improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning.
- Three years of experience, preferably within Operations, Inventory, or Account Planning.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data strategically.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and systems acumen.
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including supply planning and inventory management.
Three years of experience, ideally within an Operations capacity such as Inventory, Account Planning, Allocation, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Planning field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,200 to $92,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
