- Achieve planned Beauty and Fragrance sales targets for the year.
- Implement proactive sales initiatives to maximize and exceed objectives.
- Ensure 100% sales on promotions and limited edition items.
- Deliver superior customer service by demonstrating interest, courtesy, and sincerity towards clients.
- Provide personalized consultations to ensure exceptional customer care.
- Develop and motivate the counter team to achieve a minimum number of items per transaction.
- Participate in the development of the sales team to align with sales objectives through preparation and regular follow-ups.
- Ensure all analysts receive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, documented on personalized productivity reports.
- Train and develop each analyst and participate in the training of new analysts.
- Coordinate with the territory manager and store to ensure successful events and promotions.
- Maintain Chanel hygiene standards at all times.
- Actively participate in in-store merchandising.
- Ensure promotional dates are adhered to at the counter.
- Keep merchandising updated and in line with Chanel's style and guidelines.
- Manage inventory for Beauty and Fragrance products, including stock rotation and availability.
- Assist the Cosmetics Manager in organizing work schedules to ensure appropriate counter coverage.
- Regularly participate in meetings with the counter team, store managers, territory manager, and visual presentation team.
- Maintain strong relationships with fragrance associates by communicating objectives.
- Conduct team and/or individual meetings to review and set sales goals.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service within the luxury retail sector.
- Experience in team development and motivation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Sales and customer service expertise.
- Team leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
