- Lead and mentor a team to achieve results and develop individual talents.

- Embrace digital shopping trends and resolve client service complaints holistically.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Implement training and ensure respect for uniform and grooming guidelines.
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and empower team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Significant experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector is required.
