- Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to enhance performance and uphold brand image.
- Contribute to business planning, including forecasting and promotional strategies.

- Oversee retail operations, including rota management and stock monitoring.
- Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
- Set expectations for client service excellence and champion the brand’s signature service approach.
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
- Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and decision-making capabilities.
- Passion for creating memorable, client-centric experiences.
- Solution-focused approach, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within beauty or fragrance.
