1. Lead and inspire a dynamic team to embody Chanel values and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Manage day-to-day operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring retail excellence.

4. Contribute to business planning, including forecasting and promotional strategies.

8. Oversee retail operations, including rota management and stock monitoring.
9. Ensure flawless execution of brand activations, events, and in-store campaigns.
10. Set expectations for client service excellence and champion the brand’s signature service approach.
