1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve results and develop individual talents.
2. Create an environment of ethics, integrity, and diversity for positive team collaboration.
3. Manage employee relations issues with support from the Retail Development Manager.
4. Facilitate team and individual communication to ensure collective knowledge.
5. Share the brand vision and business challenges with the team.
6. Build CHANEL’s client portfolio through data capture.
7. Develop business initiatives in line with the brand vision and strategy.
8. Manage staff rotas and operational zoning for optimal client experience.
9. Communicate retail and collateral stock needs.
10. Provide feedback and reporting to influence strategies.
11. Lead by example on the selling floor, creating personalized client experiences.
12. Facilitate resolution of client service complaints.
13. Ensure team has tools and training for a CHANEL client experience.
14. Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
15. Implement training and respect uniform and grooming guidelines.
