- Lead and mentor a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and enhance individual talents.
- Address and manage employee relations issues in collaboration with the Retail Development Manager.

- Oversee staff scheduling and operational zoning to ensure optimal client experiences.
- Communicate retail and stock needs to relevant parties and provide feedback to influence strategies.
- Create personalized client experiences and resolve service complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain a welcoming retail environment.
- Embody Chanel's values and heritage, sharing brand knowledge with clients and team members.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop and empower team members through effective coaching and feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- High level of self-awareness, confidence, and stress management.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated with a continuous learning mindset.
Significant experience in a luxury retail or beauty environment, with a focus on team leadership and client relationship management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
