Chandon Operations Performance Analyst Intern

- Support the management and coordination of new product development, regulatory activities, environmental initiatives, workplace safety, and supply chain operations for all Chandon domains.
- Coordinate packaging and POSM development, producing timelines and proposing actions to meet deadlines while optimizing quality, cost, and schedule.
- Organize and participate in project team meetings, highlighting risks and opportunities, and recommending actions.
- Liaise with local development teams to ensure operational implementation and monitor cost, quality, and timeline aspects.
- Communicate project progress with marketing teams.
- Monitor and implement regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and co-host the monthly New Product Development meeting.
- Track and verify annual environmental data reporting.
- Assist in the environmental certification program and animate a community focused on sustainable viticulture and biodiversity preservation.
- Support safety action plan meetings and track workplace safety certification programs.
- Participate in monthly Demand Review and follow-up on logistics action plans.
- Conduct stock analysis and manage slow rotation plans.
- Assist in monitoring delocalized stock at HUB Pantin.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school.
- Fluency in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Administrative and project management skills recommended.

- Ability to coordinate and evaluate tasks, proposing solutions.
- Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Entry-level experience with a focus on administrative and project management capabilities.
Master's degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school.
