Chandon Finance Business Controller

- Prepare internal and external financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including sales, cost centers, and profit and loss statements.
- Manage data retrieval and uploading in SAP, SmartView, and other transaction systems.
- Support Business Planning & Analysis team in monthly cost center meetings, analyzing variances and developing action plans.
- Proactively support the Landing process by collecting and reviewing data from Overheads departments, Hospitality, and Advertising & Promotion.
- Prepare quarterly Overheads reports and serve as the finance contact for SAP transactions linked to P&L.
- Forecast and follow up on excise tax expenses for Domaine Chandon and Newton Vineyards.
- Prepare forecasting templates and consolidate data for cost centers, A&P, and P&L items.
- Coordinate with cost center managers to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Develop business follow-up and performance analysis for Direct to Consumer channels.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of pricing for all saleable items within SAP and DTC systems.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements and perform ad hoc projects as necessary.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in finance, with exposure to financial statements preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in managing complex data and communicating results.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP (CO-FI), Power BI, and Budget/Forecast processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- Capability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to constant changes.
At least one year of experience in finance, preferably with exposure to financial statements.
Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
