Celine Wholesale Intern

- Compile, prepare, and organize analytical data on sales performance across all categories and accounts.
- Prepare and manage recurring reports and analyses, including selling, shipping, and inventory updates on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Oversee aged inventory and manage reporting to clients as needed.
- Assist with wholesale market activities, including preparation of reports, order entry, and assortment reviews.
- Communicate with approved wholesale buyers.
- Assist with wholesale repairs, stock lists, and inquiries.
- Support the wholesale team in preparing in-store brand marketing, training, and visual merchandising tools.
- Assist in merchandising and tracking product assortment in local stores.
- Accompany sales team on local product knowledge clinics.
- Track and organize samples between US clients, CELINE Paris, and the US PR Team.
- Maintain the highest degree of client service and act as a brand ambassador.
- Perform other projects as assigned.
- Must be an active student in the NYC area, pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management or Fashion.
- Very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of the overall business.
- Passion and sensibility for the fashion and luxury-goods industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability for independent and creative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel and other software packages for report and analytics creation.
- Organization and time management skills; ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Proficient in retail math.
A minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience is a plus, with experience in the luxury or fashion business being advantageous.
Active student in the NYC area, pursuing an MBA or Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management or Fashion.
This is a paid internship with an hourly rate ranging from $16.50 to $18.00.
