1. Coordinate sample trafficking with Paris HQ, VIP stylists, and the LA office, including scheduling and tracking logistics.
2. Manage the organization and presentation of the showroom and sample closet.
3. Monitor VIP dressing images and conduct talent and competitive research.
4. Compile and distribute weekly press reports.
5. Submit editorial and VIP dressing requests to Paris Headquarters for approval.
6. Communicate with stylist assistants regarding sample send-outs and returns.
7. Maintain image inventory of New York-based VIP samples and compile dressing proposal PDFs.
8. Utilize Launch Metrics platform for sample management and tracking.
9. Ensure all samples are in pristine condition through dry cleaning and steaming.
10. Coordinate messenger services for sample pick-up and drop-off in New York and LA.
11. Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, including vendor contact and tracking.
12. Monitor and replenish supplies for the showroom and sample closet.
13. Conduct daily checks of photo agencies and social media for celebrity images wearing brand products.
14. Maintain and update the regional VIP announcement media list.
15. Research emerging talent in entertainment and music for potential collaborations.
16. Compile monthly reports on emerging talent for the VIP manager.
17. Manage logistics for seasonal gifting initiatives, including packaging and shipping.
18. Coordinate monthly birthday gifts and manage logistics for show invitations and gifts.

1. Eligible to receive paid compensation for work.
2. Able to commit to at least 5 full workdays per week over a six-month period.

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate ranging from $16.50 to $18.00.
