1. Submit editorial and dressing VIP requests to Paris headquarters for approval daily.
2. Lead communication with stylist assistants regarding sample send outs and returns.
3. Maintain image inventory of London-based VIP samples and compile dressing proposal PDFs to send to stylists.
4. Utilize launch metrics platform to input new VIP samples and track VIP send-out.
5. Coordinate the packing of all samples coming in and out of the showroom.
6. Arrange domestic and international sample shipments, including contacting vendors, preparing proforma invoices, and tracking deliveries.
7. Check photo agencies and social media periodically for images of celebrities wearing brand products.
8. Maintain regional VIP announcement media list by tracking editorial shifts and updating contact information.
9. Manage logistics for seasonal gifting initiatives, including receiving products, packaging, and shipping.
10. Research rising talent within the entertainment and music industries for potential collaborations.
11. Compile monthly reports recapping emerging talent to share with the VIP manager.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with launch metrics is a plus.
2. Extremely detail-oriented with an organized manner of working.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
4. Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in unexpected situations.
5. Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a collaborative environment.
6. Passionate about the luxury fashion and celebrity/entertainment industries.
7. Strong interest in the music industry.
8. Understanding of the confidential nature of the department.
9. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or entertainment industry.
