1. Provide leadership to the store team, including recruitment, coaching, training, and performance management.
2. Oversee store management tasks such as housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Manage customer relationships by maintaining the customer database and driving appointment bookings.
4. Identify strategies to grow the customer database and enhance client retention.
5. Ensure effective two-way communication to keep team members engaged and informed.

1. Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to coach and develop staff with exceptional communication skills.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading a team to achieve business objectives.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
