- Oversee the management of staff, merchandise, and customer experience at the Wynn Boutique.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Lead and empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Coordinate client relationship resources to provide personalized customer assistance.
- Develop events and incentives to expand the customer base, with a focus on the local market.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer service and resolve customer service issues.
- Utilize the POS system effectively for inventory management and reporting.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure appropriate product assortment.
- Partner with the Visual Manager to uphold department merchandising standards.
- Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Recruit and train candidates to meet company standards and support succession planning.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Client books are strongly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 6 years in a retail setting with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably within the luxury sector.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
