- Serve as a role model and brand ambassador for CELINE, embodying clienteling skills and achieving KPIs.
- Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager, ensuring effective communication with the team and retail office.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Engage in stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales activities as needed.
- Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and uniform policies.
- Maintain open and constructive communication with team members.
- Train new sales associates on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives, supporting the team in their sales efforts.
- Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
- Provide exceptional client service and drive local client network growth.
- Build lasting client relationships, capturing and updating relevant client information.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets, focusing on cross and up-selling.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proficient use of POS and participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Previous experience of minimum 4 years in sales within the fashion or luxury sector.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Strong sense of service, natural curiosity, and open-mindedness.
- Optimism and empathy.
- Taste for challenge and team spirit.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the fashion or luxury sector.
