1. Monitor weekly stock levels against target stocks in the region.
2. Analyze key performance indicators including monthly consumption, availability rates, and stock coverage.
3. Identify reproduction needs and conduct quarterly reviews of target stocks in the region.
4. Define requirements and oversee production for other packaging needs.
5. Provide operational support by tracking deliveries and payments.
6. Enter purchase orders into the ERP system and update the ordering tool with prices and visuals.
7. Coordinate new product launches with image and product teams.
8. Track stock levels and identify reproduction needs.
9. Define institutional packaging forecasts biannually.
10. Continuously improve supply chain processes by enhancing existing reports and introducing new tools and methodologies.

1. Interest in fashion, luxury, and retail.
2. Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

1. Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and autonomy.
2. Customer service orientation and teamwork capability.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.
