- Oversee distribution planning across the store network, ensuring optimal product availability.
- Monitor and adjust target stock levels to align with business needs, considering events, seasonality, and holidays.
- Collaborate with logistics and merchandising teams to manage distribution to stores for various categories.
- Manage overstock within the network, maintaining safety stock in warehouses for replenishment.
- Deliver timely service to fulfill store product requests, fostering trust in the supply chain model.
- Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries for autorep and seasonal orders.
- Improve supply chain dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Manage product distribution to 'out of network' events, ensuring clear communication on product availability.
- Develop and maintain a 'reverse' calendar for back-of-house teams to provide visibility on stock movements.
- In progress for a Master's degree or equivalent, with majors in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and incorporate inputs from various interlocutors.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated interest in the fashion and retail industries.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience, preferably in Retail or Distribution within the Fashion and Leather Goods sector.
In progress for a Master's degree or equivalent.
The compensation for this trainee position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
