1. Oversee distribution planning across the store network, ensuring optimal product availability.
2. Monitor and adjust target stock levels to align with business needs, considering events, seasonality, and holidays.
3. Collaborate with logistics and merchandising teams to manage distribution to stores for various categories.
4. Manage overstock within the network, maintaining safety stock in warehouses for replenishment.
5. Deliver timely service to fulfill store product requests, fostering trust in the supply chain model.
6. Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries for autorep and seasonal orders.
7. Improve supply chain dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
8. Manage product distribution to 'out of network' events, ensuring clear communication on product availability.
9. Develop and maintain a 'reverse' calendar for back-of-house teams to provide visibility on stock movements.

1. In progress for a Master's degree or equivalent, with majors in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.

1. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and incorporate inputs from various interlocutors.
2. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
3. Demonstrated interest in the fashion and retail industries.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years of work or internship experience, preferably in Retail or Distribution within the Fashion and Leather Goods sector.

In progress for a Master's degree or equivalent.

The compensation for this trainee position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
