Celine Supply Chain and Planning Director

1. Define and execute the Greater China supply chain strategy in alignment with Celine's global objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the supply chain supports growth and profitability goals.
3. Manage the local Open-To-Buy (OTB) process to align business planning with inventory realities.
4. Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling sales forecast using historical data and market trends.
5. Lead the demand planning process to deliver accurate forecasts for production and inventory decisions.
6. Oversee supply and distribution planning to ensure product availability across retail and e-commerce channels.
7. Manage relationships with logistics partners to maintain high service levels and compliance with quality standards.
8. Implement initiatives to optimize lead times, reduce costs, and improve supply chain agility.
9. Oversee inventory management to balance product availability with minimizing excess stock.
10. Maximize ERP systems and champion the use of Anaplan for demand planning.
11. Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

1. At least 12 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
2. Proven experience in luxury retail with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges.
3. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
4. Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are advantageous.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
