1. Contribute to the achievement of the store's sales objectives.
2. Master and enforce internal stock management processes, including transfers and after-sales service.
3. Control the flow of goods, including incoming and outgoing deliveries, quality control, and transfers.
4. Monitor and analyze stock levels through regular rotating inventories.
5. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions in collaboration with management.
6. Maintain an organized and tidy stock area, adhering to the 'easy to find, easy to sell' principle.
7. Restock, prepare, and integrate products within the store.
8. Ensure efficient follow-up of customer reservations in conjunction with the sales team.
9. Facilitate smooth communication with the sales team.
10. Support the digital evolution of the company.
11. Assist in sorting and organizing deliveries from warehouse to store.
12. Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and stock takes.
13. Provide support for the delivery and return of stocks to and from the boutique, warehouse, and overseas transfers.
14. Assist in stock transfers and packing.
15. Provide administrative support for shipping and invoicing.

1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in stock management.
2. Demonstrated team spirit and collaborative approach.
3. Highly organized, rigorous, and conscientious.
4. Strong initiative, service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.

1. Proficiency in IT tools.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities.
4. Attention to detail.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or a related field.
