- Contribute to the achievement of the store's sales objectives.
- Master and enforce internal stock management processes, including transfers and after-sales service.
- Control the flow of goods, including incoming and outgoing deliveries, quality control, and transfers.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels through regular rotating inventories.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions in collaboration with management.
- Maintain an organized and tidy stock area, adhering to the 'easy to find, easy to sell' principle.
- Restock, prepare, and integrate products within the store.
- Ensure efficient follow-up of customer reservations in conjunction with the sales team.
- Facilitate smooth communication with the sales team.
- Support the digital evolution of the company.
- Assist in sorting and organizing deliveries from warehouse to store.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and stock takes.
- Provide support for the delivery and return of stocks to and from the boutique, warehouse, and overseas transfers.
- Assist in stock transfers and packing.
- Provide administrative support for shipping and invoicing.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in stock management.
- Demonstrated team spirit and collaborative approach.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and conscientious.
- Strong initiative, service orientation, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management or a related field.
