1. Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and motivate a high-performing team, fostering professional development.
4. Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with the Buyer for OTB and ordering.
5. Prepare monthly business reports for the NY management team.
6. Manage the store's Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
7. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
8. Administer key documents and manage staff schedules and coverage.
9. Drive sales and empower sales staff to exceed sales budgets.
10. Maintain merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, peers, and corporate offices.

Position requires a minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.

The compensation for this position ranges from CAD $100,000-$140,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
