- Oversee the comprehensive management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and motivate a high-performing team, fostering professional development.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with the Buyer for OTB and ordering.
- Prepare monthly business reports for the NY management team.
- Manage the store's Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Administer key documents and manage staff schedules and coverage.
- Drive sales and empower sales staff to exceed sales budgets.
- Maintain merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and various software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff, peers, and corporate offices.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service orientation and social perceptiveness.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Position requires a minimum of 7-10 years in store management, ideally within the luxury sector.
The compensation for this position ranges from CAD $100,000-$140,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
