1. Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.

4. Engage in the recruitment process and provide systematic induction for new staff.
5. Conduct monthly staff reviews and identify individual strengths and areas for improvement.
6. Ensure the highest degree of customer service and address customer service issues.
7. Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with the Buyer for ordering responsibilities.
8. Provide monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports.
9. Maintain a positive relationship with corporate, regional offices, and other stores.
10. Manage full Profit and Loss responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
11. Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and monitor store appearance.
12. Manage administrative tasks including staff scheduling and planning of paid holidays.
13. Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and support sales staff in client relationship building.
14. Understand and manage store performance by product category.
15. Maintain merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years in store management, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in using various software packages.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with staff, peers, and corporate offices.
4. Experience in recruitment, assessment, and interviewing.
5. Ability to coach and develop employees in performance areas.

Minimum 10 years of store management experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
