1. Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
2. Manage and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions.
3. Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising and Client Management to maximize product categories.
4. Foster a results-oriented culture promoting operational excellence and goal achievement.
5. Negotiate with department stores and partners to plan and execute brand-aligned events.
6. Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leadership and presence on the shop floor.
7. Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to address team-related matters.
8. Develop high-potential individuals within the team through tailored development plans.
9. Ensure the team delivers personalized and memorable client experiences.
10. Oversee store operations ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

1. Retail experience required
2. Minimum 5 years of management experience within the luxury/fashion industry

2. Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results
3. In-depth understanding of retail KPIs
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Passion for fashion and deep understanding of CELINE's brand identity

7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
8. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment

Minimum 5 years of management experience within the luxury/fashion industry.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience
