1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
2. Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
3. Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
4. Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
5. Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential clients regarding store events.
6. Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
7. Support the merchandising of new arrivals.
8. Contribute to the organization and execution of in-store events.
9. Assist in visual merchandising and product displays.
10. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.

1. College degree or higher.

7. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Retail experience is preferred, with luxury sector experience being a plus.

College degree or higher.
