Celine Store Manager

- Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop a highly motivated team, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
- Engage in the recruitment and induction process of staff, ensuring systematic onboarding and follow-up.
- Conduct monthly staff reviews and evaluate individual performance through established processes.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain exemplary customer service.
- Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with buyers for ordering responsibilities.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and empower sales staff through clienteling.
- Understand and manage store performance by product category.
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Minimum 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in using various software packages and inventory management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
- Experience in recruiting, assessing, and interviewing talent.
- Ability to coach and develop employees in all areas of performance.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Position requires a minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
