1. Oversee the overall management of the store, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and develop a highly motivated team, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
4. Engage in the recruitment and induction process of staff, ensuring systematic onboarding and follow-up.
5. Conduct monthly staff reviews and evaluate individual performance through established processes.
6. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and coach the team to maintain exemplary customer service.
7. Manage inventory using Retail Pro and collaborate with buyers for ordering responsibilities.
8. Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
9. Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards and maintain cleanliness and organization.
10. Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
11. Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and empower sales staff through clienteling.
12. Understand and manage store performance by product category.
13. Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.

1. Minimum 7-10 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in using various software packages and inventory management systems.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mediate and resolve issues.
4. Experience in recruiting, assessing, and interviewing talent.
5. Ability to coach and develop employees in all areas of performance.

Position requires a minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
