Celine Store Manager

- Oversee overall store management, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
- Build and develop highly motivated teams and elevate associates to the next level.
- Maintain effective store organization and communicate organizational changes.
- Engage in recruiting processes alongside Human Resources and Regional Manager.
- Provide systematic induction for new staff and organize follow-up knowledge reviews.
- Retain staff by identifying and developing individual growth potential.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and maintain high customer service standards.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with Buyer for OTB and ordering.
- Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
- Manage store Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
- Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
- Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and empower sales staff.
- Understand and explain store performance by product category.
- Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.
- Minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proficiency in using various software packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with staff, peers, and corporate offices.
- Experience in personnel management, including hiring and termination.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
- Customer service oriented with strong social perceptiveness.
- Proficient in mediating and resolving issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 10 years in store management, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
