- Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
- Possess a deep understanding of Celine products, history, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Leverage resources such as Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training, and Client Management to maximize product categories.
- Foster a results-oriented culture, promoting operational excellence and achievement of goals through motivation and feedback.
- Negotiate with department stores and external partners to plan and execute events that align with brand strategies.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, inspiring the team and embodying the Maison's values.
- Identify and attract top talent, partnering with HR to address team-related matters and provide coaching.
- Develop high-potential individuals within the team through individual development plans.
- Create a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging open communication and mutual respect.
- Provide coaching and supervision to team managers, supporting their career development.
- Ensure the team completes all required training modules on the Celine e-learning platform.
- Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and managers.
- Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
- In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
